The Peacekeeper Elite Championship 2020 is the second World Championship of "Peacekeeper Elite" a Chinese rebranded version of "PUBG Mobile" (also known as "Game for Peace").
PEC will start from 13 November and end within 3 days that is 15 November. PEC created a great hype among the PUBG mobile community. but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic many of the top organizations like bigretron , RRQ Athena, and many more rejected the invite for PEC.
And another blow was, PUBG mobile getting banned in India. Teams like Team SouL, TSM entity,Orange Rock could not participate. and now, PUBG mobile is not getting unbanned soon. there will likely be a scarcity of Indian team in the tournament.
and for the most, the tournament will be held in mainland china many of the government will not be giving visas to there players. AS china was the hub for COVID-19. Just like Vietnam did not allow to participate tier players in league of legends world championship which will be held in China.
There are overall 15 slots in which all 15 are invited to the world-class teams.
so, The teams that were invited at first was NOVA E-SPORTS. the champions of the last PEC or PEC2019.
and they will be playing with the PUBG mobile word league west champions "FUTBOLIST".
and with other teams like " KING OF GAMERS ", " FREESTYLE ", " BOX GAMING", "DREAMEATERS", And also "Wild CARD GAMING".
there are still 8 slots left in which one will PEL S3 champions.
It will be held in the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, shanghai., china.
